Lead Generator

Location: Chisinau, Moldova | Hybrid Work Environment

With headquarters in Chisinau, Moldova, a branch in Tbilisi, Georgia, and a global network of associates, we are expanding and looking for a Lead Generator to join our Strategic Partnerships and Donor Relations Department.

Your Mission: As a Lead Generator, you will play a key role in expanding our network of funding agencies by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. Your focus will be on engaging with multilateral organizations, government agencies, and development institutions to arrange high-level meetings for the Director of the department. Your efforts will contribute directly to strengthening partnerships and fostering new collaborations in the international development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify relevant contacts within multilateral organizations, government agencies, and development institutions.
  • Initiate contact via email and phone calls to introduce DevelopmentAid and arrange meetings for the Director.
  • Craft well-written, professional emails to engage potential partners and decision-makers.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads, contacts, and communication history.
  • Follow up on initial outreach to secure meetings and build relationships.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Director on lead generation progress.

What We’re Looking For:

Competencies and Skills:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong business communication skills.
  • Excellent email writing skills, with the ability to draft compelling and professional messages.
  • Strong research skills to identify and source key contacts.
  • Confidence in making phone calls and initiating conversations with senior professionals.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.

Basic Proficiency in Office & Documentation Tools:

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) – Managing reports and email communications.
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) – Documenting and tracking interactions.
