Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to design and deliver targeted training sessions for our management team. The consultant will assess current management and collaboration practices, identify areas for improvement, and deliver practical, interactive training focused on leadership, communication, team performance, and strategic management in a hybrid and remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a brief needs assessment in collaboration with HR and senior management to tailor training content to our organizational context.
  • Design and deliver structured training sessions (online and/or in-person) for our management team.
  • Develop engaging, actionable training materials and exercises that promote collaboration, accountability, and leadership growth.
  • Provide feedback and post-training recommendations to guide follow-up actions and long-term leadership development.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Consultant, Organizational Development Expert, or Corporate Trainer.
  • Proven experience delivering leadership and management training for international companies or organizations with remote and hybrid teams.
  • Strong understanding of cross-cultural team dynamics and organizational development.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; other languages are an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt content and approach to different leadership levels and organizational cultures.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Certification in coaching, organizational development, or leadership training is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with modern tools and frameworks for remote collaboration and performance management.
