Job Description
Loyalty & Retention Manager
About DevelopmentAid
At DevelopmentAid, we connect funding agencies, donors including iNGOs, NGOs, bilateral/multilateral organizations and DFIs/development banks around the world into a global portal for all development stakeholders. Since 2007, we have helped thousands of professionals access intelligence, analytical instruments, real-time market updates— all through a global, subscription-based platform.
If you’re passionate about development cooperation, continuously seek self-improvement by exploring new markets, studying emerging organizations and product launches, and have a genuine curiosity about how others contribute to the field of international development, this role is the perfect fit for you.
As a Loyalty & Retention Manager, you will support some of the most influential organizations in the sector — from development banks and UN agencies to global foundations and government institutions. You will ensure they get the most value out of our tools, while strengthening long-term partnerships and promoting country memberships.
This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, global environment where your work directly shapes member satisfaction and partnership success.
What You will Do
- Build relationships and provide dedicated support to existing members (including country memberships);
- Run surveys to collect insights, feedback, and testimonials — and help turn them into improvements;
- Arrange and deliver online trainings to help members use our tools confidently (including NGOs and institutional donors);
- Coordinate internal handovers by passing expired leads to the new business development team;
- Support members with account setup and management (profiles, associations, alerts, etc.);
- Manage member contacts: update info, process out-of-office notices, clean lists;
- Update and track country membership users — share access details and invite them to personalized trainings;
- Publish highlighted tenders and grants and support their promotion on social media.
What You Bring
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail);
- Experience with JIRA is a plus;
- Strong English skills (written & verbal); bonus points for other languages.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a polished, professional attitude.
Perks & Benefits:
- Free coffee/tea, biscuits, and seasonal fruits;
- Team-building activities, corporate and social events.
Career Development Path At DevelopmentAid, we believe in nurturing talent. We offer a range of opportunities at all levels of seniority, providing you with a platform for continuous growth. Whether you are looking to progress within Strategic Partnerships and Donor Relations Department or explore opportunities in other departments, we support your career ambitions.
