As a Strategic Partnerships Support Officer, you will contribute to stakeholder engagement, research, and coordination activities that create value for DevelopmentAid members and partners while supporting the Strategic Partnerships & Donor Relations team.

What You Will Do

  • Support and maintain relationships with embassies, donor organizations, chambers of commerce, business associations, and other international stakeholders;
  • Conduct outreach activities, maintain stakeholder databases and CRM records, and identify opportunities for collaboration and strategic partnerships;
  • Monitor networking and matchmaking opportunities and facilitate connections between DevelopmentAid members and relevant organizations;
  • Research developments, programs, events, and trends within the international development sector, providing insights and recommendations to the team;
  • Manage shared departmental communications, operational trackers, and support internal coordination activities;
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, stakeholder profiles, and other partnership-related materials;
  • Support the organization of webinars, conferences, networking events, meetings, and other engagement activities;
  • Collaborate with colleagues on cross-functional projects and provide support on departmental priorities as needed.

What You Bring

  • University degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Strong organizational, communication, and research skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently;
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities;
  • Professional communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools;
  • Interest in international development, donor relations, and strategic partnerships.
