About the role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our Administration Department. In this role, you will support the company's financial administration processes by managing contracts, invoices, payments, and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Manage contracts, invoices, bills, and other financial documentation, including signing, sending, scanning, filing, and registration;
  • Register and monitor company expenses while maintaining accurate records;
  • Check and process payments according to internal procedures;
  • Collect invoices, bills, and supporting documentation from relevant parties;
  • Ensure timely and organized sharing of financial documentation with bookkeepers;
  • Communicate with providers, vendors, and service partners regarding account-related matters;
  • Maintain accurate records and support the Administration Team with financial and administrative tasks;
  • Assist in improving document management and financial administration processes;
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure efficient operational support.

What You Bring

  • Background, studies, or qualification in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
  • Good written and spoken English;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail;
  • Analytical mindset with solid numerical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively;
  • High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information;
  • Previous accounting or financial administration experience is considered an advantage.
