Sales Development Representative
Location: Chișinău (Office) or Georgia (Remote – Freelance Contractor) | Hybrid / Remote Work Environment

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Development Representative to help generate new business opportunities, connect with prospective clients, and support the expansion of our sales pipeline.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, and business development in a fast-paced international environment.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and identify the right decision-maker within target accounts provided by ENC, spanning strategy consulting firms, private equity firms, M&A advisory firms, and market research organizations;
- Identify and engage relevant decision-makers, including consultants, engagement managers, partners, research and knowledge leaders, and diligence teams;
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, supported by email and LinkedIn outreach;
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective clients' research needs and determine whether ENC is a suitable solution;
- Qualify prospects and schedule platform demonstrations with relevant decision-makers for the Head of Growth;
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up activities;
- Prepare for outreach by researching companies, industries, and potential client needs to deliver relevant and personalized conversations;
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline progress in HubSpot CRM;
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities and contribute to client acquisition efforts;
- Consistently achieve outreach and qualified demo-booking targets while maintaining a high standard of professional communication.
What You Bring
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field;
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Confidence communicating with senior business professionals via phone, email, and LinkedIn;
- Ability to conduct outbound outreach, including cold calls, and engage prospects in professional conversations;
- Strong research skills with the ability to understand companies, industries, and client needs;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities;
- Results-oriented mindset with persistence, curiosity, and willingness to learn;
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM systems (HubSpot is an advantage), or other sales tools is a plus;
- Access to a stable internet connection and a well-functioning laptop (for remote work in Georgia);
- Willingness and ability to register as an individual freelancer/independent contractor in accordance with local regulations (for candidates based in Georgia).
