About the Role

As a Research Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality research projects by identifying, engaging, and qualifying industry experts from around the world.

Every project is different, requiring you to quickly understand new industries, analyze client requirements, and develop targeted search strategies. Success in this role depends on your ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and proactively engage highly specialized professionals through LinkedIn, direct outreach, and phone calls.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys research, recruitment, and problem-solving while working in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill time-sensitive research projects by understanding client requirements and identifying the most relevant industry experts;
• Conduct targeted research using LinkedIn, professional databases, and other sourcing channels to build high-quality expert pipelines;
• Proactively approach and engage senior professionals through email, LinkedIn, and outbound phone calls;
• Qualify potential experts by assessing their knowledge, experience, and suitability for specific client projects;
• Develop a strong understanding of multiple industries to improve research quality and project outcomes;
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting demanding deadlines;
• Maintain accurate project documentation and candidate records within internal systems;
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure timely and successful project delivery;
• Build and continuously expand a global network of industry experts.

Requirements

• University degree;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken;
• Outstanding research, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to quickly understand new industries and complex business topics;
• A proactive, determined, and results-oriented mindset;
• Confidence communicating with senior professionals over the phone and via email;
• Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines;
• Experience in recruitment, executive search, talent sourcing, sales, research, or business development is considered a strong advantage;
• Additional language skills are a plus;
• Access to a stable internet connection and a well-functioning laptop (for remote work in Georgia);
• Willingness and ability to register as an individual freelancer/independent contractor in accordance with local regulations (for candidates based in Georgia).
