We are looking for an experienced Senior Research Associate who can independently manage research projects from start to finish, take ownership of client requests, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

This role is suited to a proactive, resourceful professional with previous experience in the expert network industry, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage research projects end-to-end, from initial client requests to final delivery.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, clarify requirements, and ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and execute research strategies to identify and engage relevant industry experts, primarily through custom recruitment.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and candidate records in internal systems.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the expert network industry.
• Proven ability to manage research projects independently, with minimal supervision.
• Strong client communication and project management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach to work.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Availability to work full-time under a freelancer engagement, with annual paid leave.
